Please do not send your password, recovery code, full playlist URL or IPTV provider credentials. Redact private details from screenshots.
Connect a source
Open Settings → Sources → Add source. Choose M3U URL or Xtream Codes, then enter the details supplied by your authorised content provider. You can add an XMLTV guide address if your source does not provide one automatically.
A channel won’t play
Check your internet connection, refresh the source and try another channel. Confirm that your provider account is active and that its simultaneous-stream limit has not been reached. Cove cannot restore a provider’s unavailable stream or change your content subscription.
Manage or restore an Apple subscription
In Cove, open Settings → Premium → Explore Premium / Manage Premium → Subscription details → Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account and Cove account used for the purchase.
To manage or cancel, open Apple TV Settings → Users and Accounts → your account → Subscriptions, or visit Apple subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
AI features and privacy
Live translation sends the selected channel’s audio to Soniox or OpenAI through the Cove relay. Discover AI sends your request, questionnaire answers and selected title metadata to DeepSeek through OpenRouter. Cove does not save AI audio, captions or conversations on its server. Providers have their own processing policies. Read our Privacy Policy before using these features.
Premium AI includes 13 hours of translation per monthly allowance period, also on the annual plan. Unused time does not roll over. AI output may be inaccurate or delayed.
Delete your Cove account
You can initiate deletion directly in Cove’s account settings. See the account deletion guide. Deleting your Cove account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
